MAHARISHI VIDYA MANDIR SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL Chennai is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. It started on June, 1983 with the school motto "Knowledge is structured in Consciousness". It is a co-educational English medium school, following the same syllabus and curriculum as in the central schools i.e., the school follows the re-organised pattern of education of 10 + 2 years of CBSE, for classes I - XII and play way method for Kindergarten classes.

The school is situated at "Maharishi Gardens" No.28, Dr.Guruswamy Road, Chetpet, Chennai - 600 031. The campus has a calm and serene garden with spacious classrooms. The school environment is that of Gurukul, but methodology of education imparted is based on the modern Public school pattern of Education based on Indian culture. MAHARISHI AYURVEDA PRATHISTHANA CENTRE, Chennai: A renowned home for Ayurveda, provides effective Ayurvedic Treatment for various ailments like Headache, Sinusitus, Bronchitis, Gastritis, Diabetes, Cervical Spondylitis, Insomnia, Obesity, Genito Urinary disorders and Harmonal imbalances etc. It also provides various Panchakarma Therapies and is also a centre for Health Care Products.

FIITJEE STUDY CENTRE, at Chetpet and MIRS is initiated with the primary objective of helping the students of stds IX, X, XI & XII. This centre has qualified teachers, experts and professors to train the students for IITJEE, ENGG, NEET and other Competitive Examinations. More than 65% of the students joining IIT from TamilNadu are from Maharishi's FIITJEE STUDY CENTRE.
